At the occasion of 37th anniversary of National Art Centre Gurgaon, a 3 Day Creative Painters’ Workshop was organised from January 8-10, 2016. The aim of the workshop was to bring together the artists from different regions of The Country and share their experience in the field of art. 18 artists participated in The Workshop.
The Workshop was successfully conducted and managed by Kishore Shanker and Neeraj Sharma.
The Workshop witnessed working senior artist Sudhir Tripurari, who made a futuristic painting expressing Indian culture. While Rajesh Tanwar painted “Energy” in abstraction is well composed. Kishore Shanker’s “Centrifugal” is striking. Among the contributed artists Neeraj Sharma has done a remarkable composition titled “Go Green”
The women artists have done very well especially Manju’s ‘’Couple’ is a very well composed decorative painting. On the other hand, Anu’s work reflected amazing Abstraction in blue, and Poonam’s work shows architectural country and town planning.
Parmanand painted ‘Essence of Love’, Krishan Karmeshwar’s ‘Conversation in Air’, Bharat Bhusha’s “Music with Nature”, P.R. Mallik’s “Guru Ji”, Maya Saini’s ‘Devine-The Hope of Life’, Kamal Sharma’s Mandala paintings are quite impressive. Charu’s composition in mellow olour is appreciable.
Mukesh has done his ‘Fantasy Landscape’ , Ashok Mahakur and Devender have done remarkable work depicting Delhi’s old monuments. Anju’s ‘Offerings’ is a true expression of devotion to Goddess Laxmi. Last, but not the least, Ushma a school student has contributed Mandala posture of Buddha in Meditation.
Madam Goldy Malhotra (eminent Educationalist and Artist ) gave away the Certificates of Appreciation to the participants.
This 3 Day Creative Painters’ Workshop was encouraging for positive and constructive artists.
